I think the assign is the way to go, that way I can schedule from one account and just add the host, annoying to have to add it each time I schedule, but easier than switching accounts – thanks.

I think the Co-host has fewer management privileges than and Alternative Host, but I haven’t looked into the details. I made a mistake.
