RealGomer yes, I did hear some Fitbit employees discussing how they’ve specifically targeted your wife’s Alta. LOL, I’m kidding to emphasize the point that her tracker is dead likely from its old age, nobody at Fitbit is doing something crazy behind the scenes to target anyone’s trackers, this is a very weird theme in these forums, and as much as I usually love a good conspiracy theory but I can assure you, nobody at Fitbit is being paid to write code to somehow make our trackers stop working.
Trackers can do this on their own after 3 years as that’s how long a LiPo is rated to last, though many times we do get to enjoy them lasting longer exception not the norm. I agree with you that many of us including myself would love to have a working Windows app.
