So, I have an Xbox wired controller which have some issue with the joystick, so in order to fix the problem I need to disassemble the controller to adjust the joystick, the problem is that every time after putting back the controller together Windows 10 switch it to player 2, I don’t know why the OS do that because I never in my life plugged two controllers or more and I even don’t have a second one.
To switch it back to player one I need to disable the controller in the device manager and restart my PC. What I truly need is an official solution just to change the player number, a stupid program that allows me to select a controller and to select a number, very simple, there are millions of people searching for a similar thing and Microsoft didn’t do anything until now.
